At Lansdown we have a flourishing Golf croquet membership, and Association croquet can be arranged if members wish. Club play is held on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 1.00pm onwards. This year we plan to encourage more singles play. Details of this will be announced shortly.

We have three half size good quality lawns that are maintained regularly by professional grounds staff. Two of these lawns can be used as one, near full size lawn. We are affiliated to the South West Federation and a wide variety of friendly and club competitions and matches are held.

We have a strong social side to the Club. A good range of refreshments are always available from the Clubhouse and we also host regular monthly club lunches.

We hope to offer some coaching opportunities for improving your game on Saturday mornings. Further news to come after the Croquet section AGM in March.

End of Summer Season Tournaments

Held on October 11th and 12th in mixed weather conditions but with many supports.

The singles cup was won by Ros Key-Pugh with Mo Boys the close runner-up.

The Doubles cup went to Ros and Meriel Westwater who narrowly beat Beryl Brooks and Mary Tope.
