Tennis Winter Block Bookings

As the evenings are getting darker it’s the time of year to look at tennis winter block bookings.  For those of you who are new to the Club, this is a guaranteed booking arrangement for the winter months that has been going for some years and if you regularly want to play and want to be assured of your slot every week, then this is for you.

This Winter’s block booking period will run from Monday 30th of October 2017 until Sunday 25th of March 2017.

Any adult member wishing to ‘block book’ tennis courts for the duration of the winter playing hours, the following rules will apply: –

Booking fees will be £75.00 per court, per hour and a half, payable in full, in advance. This secures the court until the clocks change next March.

You can reserve a booking by emailing Michelle on  First come, first served.  Payment for the court must be made within 24 hours.

We need to have the names of each player in their group.

Members can apply more than once but must indicate their preferred order of choice. If demand exceeds supply it is unlikely that members will be allocated more than one time slot.

To optimise the use of available courts it may be necessary to alter members preferred times and/ or courts

Please let us know by Sunday, 29th  October and allocated slots will take effect from Monday 30th October (subject to payment being received).

The times available are as follows:

Court 1 – 7.30 pm to 9.00 pm

Court 2 – 7.30 pm to 9.00 pm
