From 12pm – free Members event, no advance booking required

Wearing of Christmas jumpers/headwear encouraged!

Warm party bites & welcome drink* 12.15-12.45pm

President’s speech 12.45pm

Optional charity fundraiser games 1-1.30pm approx  – bring your gold coins to join in! (£1 & £2 – change for banknotes will be available)  In aid of Dorothy House.

Freeplay 12-4pm of Squash/Racketball, Table Tennis (in the Snug), Pickleball* (on Centre Court) and Tennis*

* weather dependent. Unfortunately the Croquet Lawn is currently out of action

Mix in with other members to play your usual sport or try a new one! Pickleball & Table tennis bats & balls, and a few Squash/Racketball/Tennis rackets will be available to borrow if you do not have your own to bring.  Please self-organise games with anyone keen to play.

A Pickleball Taster Session will run at the usual 2pm time, with the usual Sunday Racketball Clubplay at 4pm

Festive members’ drinks, hosted by club president, Eleanor Bird, and the President’s speech – a 10 minute review of the year and look ahead to next year’s plans.  Crisps on arrival, warm party bites served from 12.15pm, plus a welcome drink voucher* for cashing in then or later the same day – all free, a Christmas gift for our members!

*Welcome drinks voucher offer applies to members aged 18 and over – collected on meeting the President between 12.15 & 12.45pm, and exchangeable on Sunday 8th December only for any beer or cider (pint or bottle) or a glass of wine (175ml) or prosecco (125ml), a single house spirit & mixer or any soft drink (bottle/can/draught).  Jugs of squash available at the bar for member’s children (or adults!) to help themselves.
