Dance it out!

Dance fitness brings together many forms of dance into a group exercise class.

 

It’s a great aerobic workout and provides something a bit different to circuit training or other fitness classes.

 

Wednesday mornings at 9am – Squash court 1

 

PLEASE NOTE: you must wear CLEAN, NON-MARKING shoes when making use of any of our squash courts
