Tennis Xpress
Out and out beginners course specifically designed to teach you all the basics and get you playing the game quickly.


Coaching groups
Intermediate (level 1 & 2) to advanced (level 3) groups covering all aspects of the game. Working with similar standard players over time to improve technique, tactics and game play.


Individual Coaching
Working 1 – on – 1 with a coach is the best way to improve technique, develop a game style, work on specific areas, build confidence or speed up learning.


Cardio Tennis
This is a fitness session, aimed at raising the heart rate while having fun on the tennis court. Suitable for all levels and a great alternative to the gym.


Ball Machine Training
All about making sure you get lots of practice. Basket feeding from the coach to help give pointers, while ball machines make sure you keep hitting and moving.
