You don't need your racket to get fit!

Our squash team players organise their own circuit training once per week and welcome anyone to join in.


Every 5-6 weeks we supplement this with a professional who joins us to run a stretching and core strength class.


Saturday mornings at 11 am – Squash Court 3


PLEASE NOTE: you must wear CLEAN, NON-MARKING shoes when making use of any of our squash courts
