Lansdown Junior Championships 2023 run by Blue Sky Tennis

The Lansdown Club Junior champs will run as a 1 day event on Sunday 1st Oct 2023 culminating in Presentations at 5pm

Events:

8U to 16U Singles for Boys and Girls

14U & 18U Doubles for Boys and Girls

Players may enter a maximum of 2 events – must be members of the club and remain within the age category at the start of the event (e.g. must be 16 or under on 1st October to play in 16U event)

2022 Junior Club Championships report

On Sunday 25th September 2022, 30 Lansdown Junior Members took part in the Annual Junior Tennis Championships , making for a great day of tennis!

Players ranging from 8 to 16 took part in both singles and doubles events. There were nerves, tears, fun, celebrations, it was emotional but overall it was great to see everyone going for it, getting stuck into their matches, learning as they went and playing some great tennis.

Special mention to a few players competing for the first time, always requires some bravery to take the first few steps!
