Fitness activities at the Lansdown Club

Although our core offering is based around Tennis, Squash, Racketball and Croquet, we also offer a number of weekly fitness sessions and classes that help with general health and well-being, ranging from Cardio training to Pilates.

 

Or for another change of pace from your main sport, why not try Table Tennis?

 

We also have an on site Physio who can help with any injuries.
