Coaching: Adult Coaching


Our adult programme is designed to provide variety, flexibility and challenge to ensure players stay motivated and fresh whilst developing their skills.


Tennis Xpress – Coaching

Out and out beginners course specifically designed to teach you all the basics and get you playing the game quickly.

Coaching groups – Coaching

Intermediate (level 1 & 2) to advanced (level 3) groups covering all aspects of the game. Working with similar standard players over time to improve technique, tactics and game play


Individuals – Coaching

Working 1 – on – 1 with a coach is the best way to improve technique, develop a game style, work on specific areas, build confidence or speed up learning

Cardio Tennis – Fitness

This is a fitness session, aimed at raising the heart rate while having fun on the tennis court. Suitable for all levels and a great alternative to the gym.

Ball Machine Training – Fitness & Coaching

All about making sure you get lots of practice. Basket feeding from the coach to help give pointers, while ball machines make sure you keep hitting and moving.

Match Play Competition & Coaching

Doubles and Singles organised match play with coach supervision. Excellent to build up confidence and experience for matches.

Coaching Practice (level 1 and 2)

Practice is a crucial stage in developing your skills and this session aims to get you practicing with other players of a similar standard, pick up some coaching and learn some good practices to take onto the court with friends.

The Club Charter is a progressive club development programme that aims to increase the number of adults and juniors playing squash and Racketball in clubs, increase the recruitment, education and development of coaches and volunteers, and improve the infrastructure of our club network.  The Club Charter is linked to Sport England’s Clubmark award.  Put simply, by achieving Club Charter status, we have shown our commitment to offer a welcoming environment, set high standards in child protection, and work closely with local schools to develop the future generations of squash and Racketball players.
